Israel has closed Gaza border-crossings to supply shipments Tuesday, after a Qassam rocket fired from the Gaza Strip struck near the Western Negev kibbutz of Mefalsim Monday.

There were no injuries or damages reported. Nobody has claimed responsibility for the attack.

This is the second time Israel has closed the border since the ceasefire took effect 10 days ago. The defense ministry did so last Wednesday after militants fired a mortar into Israel on June 23 and Islamic Jihad slammed Sderot with three Qassams a day later, claiming it was in response to the killing of one of their leaders in the West Bank. Israel re-opened the border on Sunday after three days of quiet and assurances from Hamas that they would address the issue.
